According the Babycenter, here is what happening during my 12th week of pregnancy:

“The most dramatic development this week: reflexes. Your baby’s fingers will soon begin to open and close, his toes will curl, his eye muscles will clench, and his mouth will make sucking movements. In fact, if you prod your abdomen, your baby will squirm in response, although you won’t be able to feel it. His intestines, which have grown so fast that they protrude into the umbilical cord, will start to move into his abdominal cavity about now, and his kidneys will begin excreting urine into his bladder.

Meanwhile, nerve cells are multiplying rapidly, and in your baby’s brain, synapses are forming furiously. His face looks unquestionably human: His eyes have moved from the sides to the front of his head, and his ears are right where they should be. From crown to rump, your baby-to-be is just over 2 inches long (about the size of a lime) and weighs half an ounce.”

How am I feeling?

1. I’m still feeling the hits of exhaustion. Some days I’m good and then other days I sleep for hours. I guess it just depends.

2. Still no morning sickness. I think its safe to say that I will not have any morning sickness. Most women would say I’m lucky but frankly this worries me. I wish I had some symptoms to know that the baby is growing and okay.

3. I can exercise!! YAY! The doctor gave me the “okay” to start walking. I took it easy and walked a bit during the week. I felt great.

4. Harmony. Earlier last week, I went in to take the Harmony test. This test is to test for genetics formalities as well as the gender of the baby!! I get the find out my test results on Friday!! I’m excited to know what we are having so I can start buying stuff.

Cravings:

Lately my craving still mostly consist of dairy products (milk, yogurt, smoothies) as well as apples! I love me a nice granny smith apples.

So far this past few weeks have been good to me. We are taking everything in day by day and praying for a smooth pregnancy.

I’m so glad things are going well! You are lucky to have no morning sickness though I can understand that want to feel something. I remember being tired ALL the time and needing to sleep a lot.
That’s also good you walk. You definitely want to keep up with that so your body doesn’t forget it and you have to start all over after the baby is born. It’s not like I’m one to talk though, I never did exercise much when I was pregnant. But I gained a ton of weight.
