“WHEN SILENCE IS ALL THAT’S LEFT, CAN THE TRUTH FINALLY BE HEARD?
Nora Grey can’t remember the past five months of her life. After the initial shock of waking up in a cemetery and being told that she has been missing for weeks – with no one knowing where she was or who she was with – she tried to get her life back on track. Go to school, hang out with her best friend, Vee, and dodge mom’s creepy new boyfriend.
But there is this voice in the back of her head, an idea that she can almost reach out and touch. Visions of angel wings and unearthly creatures that have nothing to do with the life she knows.
And this unshakable feeling that a part of her is missing.
Then Nora crosses paths with a sexy stranger, whom she feels a mesmerizing connection to. He seems to hold all the answers…and her heart. Every minute she spends with him grows more and more intense until she realizes she could be falling in love. Again.”
As you can tell, I’m on a roll with trying to read books that have been on shelves for a while now. Since this series has been option to become a movie, I jumped on it to read it. And now I know why this book is called Silence…
What I loved most about this book is great plot. Nora has lost everything…literally. Unable to remember anything, she finds herself struggling with emotions she doesn’t quite understand as well as running into a certain somebody she swears she’s seen before. I really loved that Nora is more determined then ever. She knows something is missing from her mind and goes out of her way to find it. She keeps searching till its found. She is loyal as ever and quickly pieces things together.
The love interest is what I expected. And of course he couldn’t keep away from her. Even when he said he would. Patch is doing everything he knows to keep her safe. I’m surprised at the deals he make. You can really tell that he loves Nora soo much. He sacrifice things that are dear to him just to make sure she is okay. That is love.
How do you remember something that is stolen from you? You take hold of it and don’t let go till your remember. Silence is great story full of everlasting love and action. The battle has been won but the war is just beginning. Silence is great!
I give it 4 BITES!
Happy Reading!

Love the review and I need to finish this series.
Glad that you are enjoying the series. I don’t tend to read many angel books and I have heard a lot of mixed things about this series, so I have stayed away. Maybe I will see the movie though. Great review!
Glad you enjoyed this!!! I agree how Nora just lost EVERYTHING, and it was cool how memories started coming back slowly.. lovely review!

Another series I never started, ah well. That is cool it’s been optioned. Maybe that will give me impetus to read them.
I gave up on this series after the second book but I admit that I’m a bit curious about how things turn out. I may have to give the series another try someday in the future.
Ah Savy! I’m so far behind on this series! I’ve only read to book 2, so I need to get caught up on this one and the next one (or is the next one not out yet? I don’t even know.) I’m excited it’s been optioned for film though, I wouldn’t mind seeing Patch up on the big screen!
I haven’t dared read this series yet the reviews are so polarizing I’m kind of scared! Haha. But, my curiosity will win someday! 😉
I have to admit, I’m not a big fan of this series, but I may end up being curious enough to library book the rest of the series. I’ve only read to book 2. Perhaps Patch redeems himself in the end. 🙂
Happy New Year!
