“Theia Alderson has always led a sheltered life in the small California town of Serendipity Falls. But when a devastatingly handsome boy appears in the halls of her school, Theia knows she’s seen Haden before- not around town, but in her dreams.

As the Haden of both the night and the day beckons her closer one moment and pushes her away the next, the only thing Theia knows for sure is that the incredible pull she feels towards him is stronger than her fear.

And when she discovers what Haden truly is, Theia’s not sure if she wants to resist him, even if the cost is her soul.”

Woohoo! I really liked reading this book. Not only was it good, but so unique and different with the plot. Theia is having weird dreams and seeing the boy at the same time in real life. She thinks she is going crazy, but she knows him. She does. So why can’t she resist him?

What I like best about this book was the sacrifice Theia made. Even in her sheltered life, she knew love. And that to me, is admiring. Her sacrifice showed who she really is,… selfless. She was not weak but strong and held on to what she believed. I love her!

Haden is a type a boy worth everything you are. It didn’t matter who he was, he fought it. He tried to be right and do the right thing. He knew what mattered in his heart, even making sacrifices of his own.

The plot of this book is very interesting. The unique set of characters is very good and nothing like I’ve read before. I loved the big secret and how it all came together.

Now if you know me, I am very picky with the POV switching. I don’t mind it, but I like it to flow just right. Ms. Hayes made it flow right. The switching of POV’s was good. I like that the reader got a good insight on what both characters were going through. I like how both characters went through very different things expressing so many different emotions. Well done Ms. Hayes, well done.

I give it 5 BITES!

Happy Reading!

Thanks for this. It sounds good and I’m glad to hear that you approved of the POV switches because I’ve been working hard on the ones in Lethal Inheritance to get them just right. I think I’ve done it.

Does she put a gap between the POV switches?
