“After a traumatic event, a life hangs in the balance. Complicating matters, the group must also deal with a potential threat to their new surroundings.”
In the moment of despair and trying to keep him alive they dismiss the cons and drag Hershel away at an attempt to save him. Seeing the cons faces as if it has been a very long time since they have seen uninfected humans, they too ironically resemble a zombie characteristic of standing dead still. Haha!
I was shocked to see others still alive even in a place as a prison. In a turn of events as the group seeking out to find shelter and a safe place to sleep the cons are in unbelief of the infection and also feel threatened. I’m begging to think that maybe the guilt of Shane, has turned him… into something else.
Even still in a dystopian time, in a prison amongst criminals there’s a sense of humor with the freezer as their urinal as Ricks team get food. I tend to think that he still has a heart of forgiveness and willingness to endure the hardship of what lies before him to provide for his family and group. The pain Hershel is going through and the possibility of him changing makes me even choke up a bit as his daughter try to be strong and express her last words of comfort to him. Would her tears and love heal him and stop him from changing or even dying?
I absolutely get a kick watching zombies get suckered and hear that crunch when a hammer or a machete cracks open the skull or chops a head off But when Rick went face to face in what seemed to be a critical moment of do or die, Rick spears the rouge prisoner right through the middle of his forehead!
THAT WAS SICK!!!
Life seems to be one we can all take a day at a time being that we never do expect what might be lurking around the corner or know might happen to the closest ones to us.
What an amazing episode! I can t wait for next week.

“After witnessing an accident, Andrea and Michonne are introduced to a new community of survivors. As conflicts arise with their new acquaintances, a decision must be made.”
Such a surprising intro. You know that, “OMG, What?!?” feeling after seeing something so unexpected. Well thats what happened. I couldn’t believe it! How? One begins to wonder, what’s really out there?
Talk about surprises in this episode. Never did I think I’d ever see his face again, but there he stood.. real, in person, and with some sorta steam punk make shift bayonet hand! LOL.
Wow! Should they feel safe? I don’t know, something tells me there a catch to where Andrea & Michonne are staying. But i guess with the resources that are available I guess any place like that would feel safe.
And my instincts were true. Evil does lurk the streets as wolves in sheep’s clothing. Why, Oh why would they need to result to this? I cant even begin t understand the need for so much blood shed.
Ahhhhhhhhh! I’m going crazy on the edge of my chair with my nails getting shorter and shorter because of all the surprises I keep seeing. I’m not gonna spoil it for you but I can tell you this, the Governor is one creepy messed up dude! I guess that substitutes for no TV then? I cant wait the the next episode!
