"Vampires have powers beyond human comprehension: strength that defies logic, speed that cannot be captured on film, the ability to shapeshift and more. But in matters of the heart, no one, not even the strikingly beautiful and outrageously wealthy Blue Bloods, has total control. In Bloody Valentine, bestselling author Melissa de la Cruz offers readers a new story about the love lives of their favorite vamps - the passion and heartache, the hope and devastation, the lust and longing. Combined with all the glitz, glamour, and mystery fans have come to expect, this is sure to be another huge hit in the Blue Bloods series. Also, witness the bonding of Jack and Schuyler."

I love the Blue Blood series! I have been following this series from the very beginning. And I adored the stories in the book.

The first story was about Schulyer’s best friend Oliver and his uh,… one night stand. Well mostly he is trying to get over Schulyer and is doing everything he can to avoid her.  I think this story gave a great detail of his heart breaking and him trying to mend it. I truly felt sorry for this guy. I hope that he can one day find the one.

The second story is about Schulyer’s mom Allegra. I loved getting to go in to the past and lean about her falling in love with Schuyler’s dad. She has visions and is scared. I thought this story answered some questions I had about Schyuler’s mom and the past.

The third story is about  Jack and Schuyler bonding ceremony. I thought it was sweet and enduring. I can only hope that things can get better for them in the future.

If you are Blue Blood fan you’ll love these stories, I think they fill in a lot of questions of what if’s and what really happened here.

I give it 4 BITES!

Happy Reading!

  1. Great review Savy. I am not a fan of this series. Not because of the writing or the characters but because of all those twists that make a happy ending seem impossible. They drive me crazy.

@Nic, aww, really? For a while this series got me mad, but it also has sunk it teeth into me. I must read every single one!

I haven’t read this series, but I’m glad you give it high praise. It looks like a lot of fun.
