“The year is 2009. Nineteen-year-old Jackson Meyer is a normal guy… he’s in college, has a girlfriend… and he can travel back through time. But it’s not like the movies – nothing changes in the present after his jumps, there’s no space-time continuum issues or broken flux capacitors – it’s just harmless fun.

That is… until the day strangers burst in on Jackson and his girlfriend, Holly, and during a struggle with Jackson, Holly is fatally shot. In his panic, Jackson jumps back two years to 2007, but this is not like his previous time jumps. Now he’s stuck in 2007 and can’t get back to the future.

Desperate to somehow return to 2009 to save Holly but unable to return to his rightful year, Jackson settles into 2007 and learns what he can about his abilities.

But it’s not long before the people who shot Holly in 2009 come looking for Jackson in the past, and these “Enemies of Time” will stop at nothing to recruit this powerful young time-traveler. Recruit… or kill him.

Piecing together the clues about his father, the Enemies of Time, and himself, Jackson must decide how far he’s willing to go to save Holly… and possibly the entire world.”

I knew that once I started this book that I was in love. The plot line grabbed me from the end of the first chapter. The idea of time travel, lost love and being on the run, got my adrenaline rushing!
What really grabbed me about this book is the great plot line. There is action and adventure at every turn of the page. Plus the time travel. I love time travel. I think it’s because it something that I would like to do, but still, the time travel in this book rocks!  This book is a roller coaster ride that has my stomach full of butterflies through out the entire ride. The plot line fills out nicely with past, present and a uncertain future. I really like going back in time with Jackson. His struggle to set things right made me cheer for him. He ask the right questions, visited a past that hurt him, and long to get back to his girlfriend.
The characters of this book are amazing! I loved Holly.  She is strong, courageous and super funny. I loved seeing Jackson go back in time and be with Holly. Holly brought him so much happiness and it gave some peace to the book with all the other chaos surrounding it. I loved that Jackson does some great investigation. Once he realizes what he needs to do, he takes the reader on a great ride of secrets, theories, and time travel.

This book also reminded me a lot of the movie Jumper.(Which I loved by the way) I loved all the ad venture, love and chaos of time travel roaming through out the book. Really, if I could have a chance a jump into the book and live it as I read it, I would be so happy!!

If you want an amazing, well written book, with lots of action and adventure, read this book! Once you start this book the time travel will draw you in like no other. Once you are in the book all you have to do is sit back and enjoy the ride!

I give it 5 BITES!

Happy Reading!

When I saw the name of the book, I thought oh no, not a redo of a Shakespeare story again. I’m pleasantly surprised it is not. Sounds great. Nice review.
