“As someone who has survived her first year as an Acari recruit, Drew’s ultimate goal is to become a Watcher and be paired up with a Vampire agent. Except nothing is as it seems. The vampire Alcántara is as sinister as he is sexy, Ronan is more distant than ever, and it turns out there are other vampires out there. Bad ones. They’ve captured one of the Watcher vamps and are torturing him for information-and Drew is going undercover to rescue him.
But when their vampire prisoner turns out to be a gorgeous bad boy, Drew’s first mission quickly turns into more than she bargained for…”

This is the second book of The Watchers series. It picked up right where it left on and now Anneliese is taking on a new mission…
I really liked this book cause it gave me a better insight as to what Drew’s purpose really is. First they picked her out, challenge her and give her a mission. Motives for the vampires seem to be on the rise but the reader never really get any clears answers. Still, it leave room for the reader to be hooked in enough wanting the second book already.
The plot line once again take some twist and turns also adding a new character. And let me tell you, I LIKE this new character. Of course this character raises a whole new slew of questions I am dying to know! I’m anxious to see who this new relationship is going to work.
Vampire’s Kiss kept me on my toes. With loads of new spins on the story, it’s no wonder I could not put down this book! Vampire’s Kiss is daringly intense leading the readers on a whole new ride.

I give it 4 BITES!
Happy Reading!

  2. I will have to check out this one and the first as well. However, it seems like there HAS to be a 3rd to get those questions answered!
