“I will not lose another person I love. I will not let history repeat itself.

Vincent waited lifetimes to find me, but in an instant our future together was shattered. He was betrayed by someone we both called a friend, and I lost him. Now our enemy is determined to rule over France’s immortals, and willing to wage a war to get what they want.

It shouldn’t be possible, none of it should be, but this is my reality. I know Vincent is somewhere out there, I know he’s not completely gone, and I will do anything to save him.

After what we’ve already fought to achieve, a life without Vincent is unimaginable. He once swore to avoid dying—to go against his nature and forsake sacrificing himself for others—so that we could be together. How can I not risk everything to bring my love back to me?”

This is a series I have followed and have fell in love with as the story finally came to its concluding chapter. The Revenants series is one series I know I won’t forget!

Continuing from where the last book left off, Kate is trying everything to get Vincent back before there is no hope of him returning. Amy Plum writes chapters that are so amazing that they leave me wanting more. Her picture perfect scenes capture a beautiful remembering scene of romantic Paris making the story impact the reader’s heart more.

Kate has grown and I feel that she does not have the luxury to just sit and relax. A twist in the story adds more to the stress that is already piling up on the plate. With her just wanting to get Vincent back in her arms is something we all know won’t come easy but it is something we see she is truly wanting and is willing to risk anything to get him back.

The cutest couple in this book I have to say is Georgia and Alexander. Even though they are not exactly a couple I think we see a side of Georgia that we haven’t seen in the other book that makes the idea of falling in love more special. “How far would you go to be with the love of your life?” is the question brought mostly throughout this book.

Amy Plum captured my heart with her debut novel in the series and she still and will forevermore think of this book and make me wonder “How far will I  go to be with the person of my dreams?”

I give it 5 BITES!

I didn’t read your review because I plan on reading the series and didn’t want to spoil anything for myself. I see that you really enjoyed it though, and I am happy that the series ended well.

  2. Oh I still need to read the second book but so glad that this still ends with a top note! Sounds great!

This is a series I have meant to read since the first one came out. I actually have a signed copy of the first book and an arc of this one so I just need the middle book and I’m set! I’m glad this one was so amazing! Maybe now I’ll finally manage to fit this series in!
