"As their hardscrabble lives intertwine in a small, corrupt Montana town, Grace, a scheming runaway, JJ, her drifty fostercare sister, and Mick, the son of a petty thief, discover the body of a young woman. Afraid to come forward, the teens try to hide their knowledge of the crime, because they believe the murderer is one of the corrupt officials and businessmen who rule their town. But after a series of false moves and dumb mistakes, the teens are soon suspects themselves in a murder investigation threatening their freedom—and maybe their lives."

Wanting a good mystery, I decided to dive into this book. it gave me the thrills and chills that I needed.
The books starts off with kids who are “not important.” Their runaways, troublemakers, banding together to finally have the friendship and family that they need. While doing so, they find a dead body, who some how connects to everyone. Once your in the book, the books move swiftly into action mode where you are on the run for your lives. if you like small town mysteries where their is corruption, you need to read this book.
I really like how all of them stepped in to protect each other. They thought about things smartly and even sacrifice what they had to help others. All the characters of  the book were not what you expect them to be. They turns out to be smarter and tougher than anyone would have expected. I like that they grew before the readers eyes, along with each other. The form friendships and bonds that i know change them whole-heartily.
There wasn’t much of a love interest, but lots of great friendships. You do see some romance forming, but with their past, it hard to trust or even take it farther then what they want.
Dead Girl Moon is an awesome thriller! Laced with action that is enjoyable, the story sets an excellent pace with readers. The drama of teens fighting to survive, paints a nice picture. Dead Girl Moon is great.
I give it 4 BITES!
Happy Reading!

I’ve never heard of this one before Savy, but sometimes I’m in the mood for a really great thriller. Usually I’m always focused on fabulous paranormal romances, but it’s really nice to try something different every now and then. Thanks for putting this one on my radar:)
