"Elise is a normal seventeen-year-old girl until the day she wakes up in a desert park, with no idea who she is.

After that episode, her life takes a bizarre turn. She’s experiencing unexpected flashes of insight into people’s lives—people she’s never met before. Strangers frighten her with warnings about the approaching Shadows. And although Elise has never had a boyfriend, she suddenly finds herself torn between two handsome but very different young men: Abe, the charming bad boy whose affect on her both seduces and frightens her, and the mysterious Harlin, who’s new to town but with whom Elise feels an urgent, elemental connection—almost as if they are soul mates.

Now Elise begins to question everything about her life. Why do these guys both want her so desperately? What are the Shadows? Why does the name Charlotte inspire a terrifying familiarity? And who is Elise, really?"

If you have not read the first book, you should! This series just keeps getting better and better!

What I enjoyed about this book is Elise finding out about her old life.  The mystery of who she is, attaches itself to the reader. You can’t help but keep reader until you find out! And let me tell you that the secret is so worth it.

The search for answers is one ride I loved being on.

The love interest in the book completely took me off guard. I thought one thing about the guy but totally not so! I like that the author had me so invested in the characters that I couldn’t even look at him that way. Even after, I am still swooning over him. Elise does indeed find out who she should be with and it pure joy!

I totally enjoyed just being on the adventure of figureing out her past, who she really loved and who she is. This part captures the reader like no other.

A Want So Wicked is simply divine! Carefully structured so that no reader can resist, A Want So Wicked draws the reader deeper into the story. Hauntingly beautiful, A Want So Wicked is enticing!

I give it 5 BITES!

BAH! I can’t wait to get my hands on this one. I may have to bribe you into letting me borrow it and some others mwahahaha. Thanks for the lovely review, now I’m dying to get my hands on it. (And the covers to both of Suzanne’s books are beautiful, I love them!)

Dammit Savy! There are so many books out there I want to read and there are just not enough hours in the day. I have A Need So Beautiful on my shelf, I really hope I can get to it soon. I love a series that gets better as it goes rather than one that suffers from middle book(s) syndrome:)

  5. Oh I haven’t read the first one, but looks like I’ll be adding this one to my wishlist as well! I’m so glad that this one gets better! Sweet!

High praise indeed! I hope I’ll be able to start this series one day. I love books that are a riddle and give answers as you get sucked in.
